Vinnie Caruana Plots UK Acoustic Tour

Wednesday, 16 March 2016 Written by Huw Baines

Vinnie Caruana has plotted a short tour of the UK.

The Movielife and I Am The Avalanche frontman will unplug for stops in London, Nottingham, Liverpool and Leeds, along with a set at the Deadpunk Special in Bristol, prior to the release of his full length solo bow, ‘Survivor’s Guilt’.

That’s expected on May 27, with Murray MacLeod of the Xcerts set to open on the tour. Discussing the shows, Caruana said:

"I’m looking forward to playing some intimate acoustic shows in England in May. I’ll be performing several songs off ‘Survivor’s Guilt’ for the first time, as well as a bunch of songs from my other projects. I found what I love to do long ago. Writing, recording and performing music, travelling, and making friends and memories. I don't think I'd truly be happy doing anything else. When you look at it that way, what else is more important than to be happy with your life and how you choose to live it?”

The Movielife, meanwhile, recently returned with Future Feeling (Afraid of Drugs) and news of UK shows in Manchester, Glasgow and London following Groezrock.

Vinnie Caruana Upcoming Tour Dates are as follows:

Fri May 06 2016 - LONDON Boston Music Room
Sun May 08 2016 - NOTTINGHAM Bodega
Tue May 10 2016 - LIVERPOOL Shipping Forecast
Wed May 11 2016 - LEEDS Key Club
