Madonna Advocates Gun Control In NSFW Video For God Control

Madonna has released a video for God Control.

It graphically depicts the gun violence epidemic in the US, echoing the sentiment of the song, which candidly addresses the issue. Accompanying the clip was the below note:

"This is your wake up call. Gun violence disproportionately affects children, teenagers and the marginalized in our communities. Honor the victims and demand GUN CONTROL. NOW. Volunteer, stand up, donate, reach out. Wake up and insist on common-sense gun safety legislation. Innocent lives depend on it. Join me in supporting the following organizations:

The disco-driven track features on the pop superstar's new album, 'Madame X', which came out on June 14 and which she'll support with a tour of the same name. She has US dates scheduled for this fall and running through to the winter, and in early 2020 has lined up shows in London, Lisbon and Paris.
