Phish are a jam rock band from Burlington, Vermont.

Formed in 1983, they are known for their ability to blend a wide variety of styles and genres—psychedelic to bluegrass, folk and prog-rock to jazz fusion—eventually going on to become pioneers of jam-sesh rock, encouraging many bands to increase their improvisation.

The band released their debut studio album, 'Junta', in 1989 and to date have released 15 more, the latest being 2022's 'Get More Down' which was released under their alter-ego moniker Sci-Fi Soldier.

Phish will play three shows benefitting the Divided Sky Foundation at Albany, New York's MVP Arena in late October, 2024. They'll also ring in the new year with four shows at New York City's Madison Square Garden between December 28 and 31, 2024.
