Former Wham star George Michael has found himself in a sticky situation once again, having driven his car into a London photo shop during the early hours of Sunday morning.
George Michael has had a string of hits throughout his career, however during the last few years the singer has gone off the rails a bit. You’d think the 80’s icon would have looked into hiring a full-time driver by now, especially after his incident last year where the 47-year-old rear-ended a truck whilst driving along a UK motorway in his Land Rover.
That’s not all though, the singer also pleaded guilty to driving whilst under the influence of drugs in 2006 after cops found George Michael hunched over the wheel of his parked Mercedes. Perhaps someone should have woken him up before he go-go’d
Now George’s most recent misadventures have, once again, seen him under suspicion of being unfit to drive. Returning home from London’s Gay Pride Parade during the early hours of Sunday morning, the star apparently drove his car into a London photo shop.
The Guardian newspaper has reported that Michael was questioned by police and then released on bail with the singer being ordered to return to the police station next month.
George Michael has not yet commented on the incident.
