Charlie Landsborough Announces Spring 2011 UK Tour & Tickets

The unique Charlie Landsborough heads out on a major 15 date UK tour this Spring in support of his 21st studio album to date.
The CD comprises his second under the terms of his recent signing to the Demon Music Group and features a plethora of love songs, all covers, given the distinctive Landsborough treatment. Titled 'Love In A Song' it is released on March 21st.
Charlie is no stranger to performing live and, never one to rest on his laurels, last year he played a hugely successful raft of dates throughout the UK and Ireland as well as returning to Australia for another major tour.
A consummate live performer, Charlie and his five-piece band are well known for keeping concertgoers enthralled. His anecdotes captivate audiences wherever he plays - he is as entertaining as he is melodic – while his musicality is unquestionably superb.
His music ranges from inspirational to country, from ballad to anthem, and always hits the spot. He has dedicated fans the world over.
In addition Charlie recently released his autobiography, 'Storyteller', published by Trinity Newspapers . It has proved so popular it is already in reprint.
The book details the early years in Birkenhead where he grew up, with all its attendant struggles, to his time in the army, his Christianity, the many years of teaching. Then. in his 50s, the arrival of musical success. His rise was meteoric and since his first big hit, 'What Colour Is the Wind', he has never looked back.
A Charlie Landsborough gig is unquestionably a special experience. It is one show definitely not to be missed.
