Benjamin Francis Leftwich Extends February 2012 UK Tour

Following Ben Francis Leftwich's mammoth October and November UK tour, Ben has announced some new shows for next year. After putting Shepherd's Bush Empire on sale [February 22nd], he has added shows in Manchester, Glasgow, Cardiff and Bath.

Ben has also revealed that he will be joined by some friends - up until now it has just been him and his guitar, but he will introduce a full band for these next set of shows.

February 2012

Feb 20th - The Globe - Cardiff
Feb 21st - Komedia - Bath
Feb 22nd - Shepherd’s Bush Empire - London
Feb 23rd - Academy 2 - Manchester
Feb 24th - ABC2 – Glasgow

The new dates follows in the wake of the acclaim that has been building since the release of Benjamin’s debut EP and top 40 album 'Last Smoke Before The Snowstorm' which was cited as Album of the Week on Radio 1 and XFM as well as Album of the Day on BBC 6 Music.

His debut single 'Box Of Stones' was also awarded the coveted Zane Lowe’s Hottest Record In The World, adding to a list of honours including multiple Radio 1 Record Of The Weeksand a Maida Vale session with Fleet Foxes.
