Little Mix Hit The Gym To Get Fit For Debut UK Tour

X Factor winners Little Mix have started hitting the gym - to make sure they’re fully prepared for their up and coming debut UK tour!
The all-girl outfit, who became the first group to ever win the X Factor, release their debut album ‘DNA’ on November 19th, and are currently preparing to take the record across the UK. With their tour kicking off in January next year, the girls have plenty of time to rehearse - but they’ve already started hitting the gym ahead of what is set to be an energetic, wild, and super-fun first tour for the girls.
Speaking to The Daily Star, Little Mix’s Perrie Edwards said: “We’re quite worried because it’s a tough, up-tempo album we’ve recorded, so it’s going be an energetic tour. There’s no sit down on stool moments, apart from maybe one. Sixteen songs that really test your stamina.”
Her bandmate Jade Thirlwall added: “We are in training now with personal trainers every morning because we need to get fitter, so that we can jump around and sing for this show.”
Jesy Nelson chipped in: “Everyone is going to get to know the band a little more, and have a party with us. We want the fans to come out and think: ‘I could hang out with these girls.’”
