Previously Unreleased Joe Strummer Track Rose Of Erin Revealed

Another previously unreleased Joe Strummer track has been shared.
The track is one of 12 unheard songs set to feature on 'Joe Strummer 001', a new career-spanning compilation due out on September 28. It will include 32 tracks spanning recordings with the 101ers, the Mescaleros, and solo material.
Rose of Erin was orignially written for the 1993 Sara Driver film When Pigs Fly, but the soundtrack was never released. It clocks in at a healthy five minutes and finds the Clash frontman spinning yarns while strings and wind instruments interweave with his guitar.
