Kool & The Gang, Level 42, Heather Small Confirmed For First Electric Soul Festival At The O2

The first acts have been announced for the inaugural Electric Soul Festival.
The new one-day event will take place across two stages at the O2 Arena in London and will be hosted by DJ Trevor Nelson. It will feature favourites from the world of funk, soul and bass music. Nelson said:
“I’m unbelievably excited to host the first ever Electric Soul Festival. We have massive day festivals for every other type of genre, so it’s about time we had one for funk and soul – the most influential and, obviously, my personal favourite kind of music!
It’s an amazing line-up of acts that have sold millions across the globe, not to mention all the extra things that’ll be going on around The O2 across the day – I can’t wait!”
What? The UK’s biggest funk and soul festival.
Where? O2 Arena in London.
When? September 7.
Who? Kool and the Gang, Level 42, Heather Small and the Brand New Heavies are the first acts to be confirmed for the line up, while DJ Trevor Nelson will host the event. More acts are due to be announced.
