Liam Gallagher has shared another track from his upcoming second solo album.
One Of Us serves as the lead single for 'Why Me? Why Not.' which will arrive on September 20. A UK and Ireland arena tour is set to follow in November, including two nights at the O2 Arena in London.
Describing it as a song about "family, friendship and a sense of belonging", Gallagher co-wrote the song with Andrew Wyatt with his son Gene appearing on bongos. It features strings, gospel-style backing vocals and a reference to the Oasis song Live Forever:
"Act like you don't remember, you said we’d live forever, who do you think you’re kidding? You are only one of us, in time.”
