A list of over 550 rare and exclusive releases has been revealed for this year's Record Store Day.
RSD will mark its 13th anniversary at independent record stores on April 18, with organisers giving indie-rock quartet the Big Moon the title of UK ambassadors for the event, while Brandi Carlile takes the global title, following in the footsteps of Pearl Jam, Run The Jewels, St. Vincent, Metallica, Jack White and Dave Grohl.
The full list of records can be viewed here. It includes a three-track single by the Big Moon, cut live and direct to vinyl at Metropolis Studios, as well as specially created material from Christine and the Queens, Paul McCartney, Primal Scream, My Chemical Romance, So Solid Crew, Destiny's Child, and Neil Young.
There's also reissues of the Cure's 'Bloodflowers' on picture disc for its 20th anniversary and Tyler, the Creator's 'Cherry Bomb', as well as Def Leppard's 'Rock N Roll Hall of Fame' LP, recorded live during the band’s 2019 induction.
Other live discs include David Bowie's previously unreleased 'I'm Only Dancing (The Soul Tour '74) and Alice Cooper's 'Live From The Apollo Theatre Glasgow, February 19, 1982'. You can also pick up the Paw Patrol theme tune on "bone-coloured vinyl".
