Holding Absence Continue To Tease 'The Greatest Mistake Of My Life' With New Track Afterlife

Holding Absence have unveiled a new single.
Following Beyond Belief, Afterlife serves as the second preview of the Cardiff post-rock band's sophomore LP, 'The Greatest Mistake Of My Life', due out on April 16 via SharpTone Records.
It retains the same emotional core seen on their 2019 self-titled debut while also bringing more than a sniff of anthemic energy to the party, making you want to scream it from the rooftops. Vocalist Lucas Woodland said:
"We truly believe this song to be one of our best yet, with its pounding chorus and emotive vocals. Just listening to this song is making us itch for the return of live music so we can get out and play it to you all!"
In October 2020, the group announced the Live And In Color Tour, their biggest headline run to date. They're also due to support Creeper on their rescheduled UK tour in March.
