While She Sleeps Continue To Tease 'Sleeps Society' With New Track You Are All You Need

While She Sleeps have dropped a new song, You Are All You Need.
The bruising track rolls out over slamming metalcore riffs and fiery lyrics tackling the subject of seeking validation from others. An accompanying music video will land on YouTube at 6pm GMT today (February 8).
It'll feature on 'Sleeps Society', the Sheffield metallers' fifth LP and follow-up to 2019's 'So What?', due out on April 16. The previously released title track arrived in October 2020. Discussing You Are All You Need, guitarist Sean Long said:
"We somehow managed to inject enough personal inspiration from each member for it to completely embody "the Sleeps sound” with ease.
"We are always trying to express a certain kind of emotion or internal insight and sometimes you really hit the nail on the head, expressing it how you imagined, and other times you miss it completely. Well, this time we hit it dead on with no room for speculation. The song says it how it is and reminds us to stop looking outwards for approval and validation."
While She Sleeps are due to embark on a UK tour this spring. They'll also appear as part of the line up for Slam Dunk Festival, with organisers preserving the bulk of the COVID-19 cancelled 2020 line up. The returning event is due to take place over the May bank holiday weekend.
