Jay-Z has released his collaboration with the late rapper Nipsey Hussle.
What It Feels Like features on the star-studded 'Judas And The Black Messiah: The Inspired Album', an accompanying record to the new film of the same name featuring Daniel Kaluuya, LaKeith Stanfield and Dominique Fishback.
The recently released album also features contributions from H.E.R., Nas, BJ The Chicago Kid, Lil Durk, G Herbo, Rakim and A$AP Rocky, among many others.
What It Feels Like features both rappers waxing lyrical about race, their upbringing and their rise to fame atop an eclectic backdrop of diverse beats, dramatic keys-led melodies, soulful backing vocals and samples.
It's a welcome new offering from Jay-Z, who except for his guest spot on Pharell Williams' 2020 single Entrepreneur has not put out anything new under his own name since 2017's '4:44', which he followed up in 2018 with 'Everything Is Love', a collaboration with his wife Beyoncé under the moniker The Carters.
