The panicky, glitching, industrial track serves as the opener on the Northampton MC's new album, 'UGLY', released last week (March 3) via Method Records. The intense clip, meanwhile, was directed by Crowns & Owls. Slowthai said:
"Yum is me saying this is what people want me to do, but this isn’t doing anything for me. I’m ready to leave it all behind but it keeps pulling me back — more this, more that, it’s never enough."
Slowthai will bring his Ugly World Tour to Glasgow's Barrowland, Manchester's O2 Victoria Warehouse, London's Alexandra Palace and the O2 Academy Birmingham between September 20 and 23. Support will come from Nia Archives and Sainté. The trek will also head to Paris, Amsterdam, Berlin and Brussels later that month. Tickets are on sale now.
He'll also play UK and European festivals this summer, including Manchester's Parklife, and Reading andLeeds, as well as opening for Blur at London's Wembley Stadium in July.
