U2 Add Five More Dates To U2:UV Achtung Baby Live At Sphere Residency In Las Vegas

U2 have added five shows to their U2:UV Achtung Baby Live At Sphere residency.
Due to pre-sale ticket demand, the Irish rock legends have extended their stay in Las Vegas with additional concerts on October 27 and 28, and November 1, 3 and 4, bringing the total number of shows to 17.
U2 will be the first act to perform at the new cutting edge venue, Sphere at The Venetian, which boasts 160,000 square feet of video viewing space, and an exterior exosphere that changes the look of the building via LED technology.
The performances, which celebrate their 1991 album 'Achtung Baby', will be without drummer Larry Mullen Jr., who will be recovering from back surgery. Bram van den Berg will step in as his replacement.
Tickets for all gigs are already on sale, with fans who received Ticketmaster Verified Fan codes getting priority. Should there be any tickets left, general sale will begin at 10am local time today (April 28).
