Corey Taylor has announced a UK and European tour.
The Slipknot frontman will support his upcoming solo album, 'CMF2', with shows in Leeds, Wolverhampton, Manchester, Glasgow, London, Paris, Cologne, Berlin and Tilburg throughout November. Tickets go on general sale at 9am BST on July 14.
The follow-up to his 2020 solo debut, 'CMFT', is due out on September 15. Prior to its release, he's lined up An Evening With show at Pryzm in London on August 7, during which there'll be an interview hosted by Kerrang! Radio's Sophie K, and an audience Q&A. Tickets for that event go on sale at 11am today (July 11).
Meanwhile, head below to check out Post Traumatic Blues, the latest preview of Taylor's new record, which deals in throat-shredding and melodic vocals atop a heavy rock backing, complete with slick guitar work. Taylor said:
“‘Post Traumatic Blues’ is my attempt to describe for people what it’s like to deal with PTSD. Sometimes it’s so hard for people to understand the ups and downs, the severity of the cold and numbness, that I wanted to try and build a bridge lyrically between the ones living with the disease and the ones who are trying to help them.”
