Lucia And The Best Boys have unveiled a video for the title track of their debut album.
'Burning Castles' is slated to arrive through Communion on September 29, while the eponymous track was first shared at the beginning of August.
Its accompanying clip was created by songwriter Lucia Fairfull alongside collaborator Ronan Park and director Rianne White. Fairfull said:
"I wanted to challenge myself in a new emotional and physical state, using aerial silks to inform a sense of journey into the process of creating this visual.
"The headspace of breaking through into a state of vulnerability and physical strength gives a bite of tenacity to how struggle and pain can still appear beautiful. The shell acts as a metaphor, an inner world hidden away from the harsh exterior cradled by the weight of the world, broken into textures of sand and rock. The impact of time not only speaks through the landscapes of the harsh Scottish coastlines, but also exists within my personal evolution to this place."
One of the first songs written for the record, it'll be joined on the tracklist by the earlier singles So Sweet I Could Die and When You Dress Up.
The Glasgow four-piece will support the LP with a UK and Ireland tour in the autumn, following a slot on the BBC Introducing Stage at Reading andLeeds at the end of August, and in-store dates in October.
