Earthtone9 have released a third single from their upcoming album.
Black Swan Roulette will feature on the British metallers' first LP in 11 years, 'In Resonance Nexus', due out next Friday (June 21) via Candlelight/Spinefarm Records.
Offering a more expansive, proggy dynamic compared to the previously shared thrashy cuts Navison Record and Oceanic Drift, it finds the band returning to the classic sound that saw them rise to prominence in the late '90s. Vocalist Karl Middleton said:
"This feels like a different kind of heaviness to the previous singles. It’s much more expansive and serpentine in structure and it winds its path in a less direct way. But the peaks and troughs carry a weight we absolutely love."
Earthtone9 will appear at the UK's ArcTanGent festival at Fernhill Farm in Compton Martin this August.
