The Pretenders Add Liverpool, York And Sheffield Shows To Autumn UK Tour

The Pretenders have added three dates to their autumn tour plans.
Led by the iconic Chrissie Hynde, the band will call at Liverpool's Philharmonic, York's Barbican and Sheffield City Hall between October 30 and November 1. Tickets go on general sale at 10am on Friday (July 26).
The new gigs will follow their previously announced string of intimate theatre concerts, which were due to take place in February and March, but were moved to the autumn after Hynde suffered a knee injury. At the time of rescheduling, new shows were added in Birmingham, Hull, Ipswich and London due to demand.
Tickets for the previously confirmed dates are already on sale, and support on the trek will come from German blues-rock duo The Picturebooks.
The Pretenders, who released 'Relentless' in 2023, are currently amid a North American tour, which continues with a show in Akron, Ohio tomorrow (July 23).
