Fontaines D.C. Share Video For Bug Featuring Barry Keoghan

Fontaines D.C. have shared a video for Bug.
The track features on the Grammy-nominated and Brit Award-winning group's latest album, 'Romance', while the clip was directed by Academy Award-winner Andrea Arnold and is comprised of footage from her upcoming Barry Keoghan-starring film Bird, which also features music from the band. Arnold said:
"I've loved the Fontaines since I first heard them. Some music just sits in your bones like it always belonged, like you know it already, like it’s part of you. It’s why I asked to use Too Real and A Hero’s Death for my Bird film. Their music felt like it belonged there. In my world.
"They were immediately generous in letting me use those tracks which was just fucking brilliant. That generosity brought energy which gets poured into the life of the film. I am grateful for all the positive energy that comes when you make a film. Extending the images and my Bird world for the Bug track felt like the most natural thing in the world. Like part of the same thing. I wouldn’t have done it had I not felt that. And I would hardly do it for anyone."
Having just recently wrapped up a North American tour in support of 'Romance', the band kicked off a UK and European tour last week, which includes two nights at Alexandra Palace in London later in November.
They'll head back to North America next spring, having rescheduled shows in Seattle, Vancouver and Portland. Those dates will follow a mix of headline shows and festival dates in Australia from late February to mid-March, and a show in Auckland, New Zealand. They also have major outdoor UK gigs in London, Cardiff and Manchester in the summer. Tickets are on sale now.
