OneRepublic Enlist Jelly Roll For New Version Of Hurt

OneRepublic have enlisted Jelly Roll for a new version of their song Hurt.
The alternative take on the uplifting pop track finds the Nashville singer-songwriter singing the second verse and part of the chorus. It arrives after the Grammy-nominated band teased the collaboration on social media this week, captioning a teaser clip with, "we've been waiting for this one."
The original track featured on OneRepublic's latest album, and sixth overall, 'Artificial Paradise', which was released back in July.
OneRepublic recently announced their Escape To Europe Tour, which will kick off at Dublin's 3Arena on September 18, before heading to Birmingham's Utilita Arena, Cardiff's Utilita Arena, Glasgow's OVO Hydro, Manchester's Co-Op Live and the O2 Arena in London between September 20 and 26.
Following that, they'll visit major European cities, including Amsterdam, Hamburg, Cologne, Berlin, Łódź, Prague, Paris, Antwerp, Bologna, Milan, Copenhagen, Stockholm, Oslo, Riga, Kaunas, Frankfurt, Munich, Zurich, Vienna, Madrid and Lisbon. Support on the tour will come from Ella Henderson. Tickets are on sale now.
Jelly Roll will embark on a tour of Canada in the spring, billed as The Beautifully Broken Great Northern Tour. Support will come from Josh Ross, and Savannah Dexter and Brabo Gator. Tickets are on sale now.
The dates will support the singer-songwriter's recent album, 'Beautifully Broken', which received two nominations for the 2025 Grammys, including Best Country Song and Best Country Solo Performance for the single I Am Not Okay.
Jelly Roll will continue the current leg of his Beautifully Broken Tour with a show in Columbia, South Carolina tonight (November 22). He'll also headline Stagecoach Festival in California in April.
