Architects have released a new single.
Blackhole is the fourth track to be lifted from the Brighton metalcore band's new album, 'The Sky, The Earth & All Between', following Whiplash, Seeing Red and Curse.
The song is relentless in its brutality, the only respite from which comes via the soaring sung choruses. It arrives with a cinematic video that was filmed in California and directed by Jensen Noen. Vocalist Sam Carter said:
“So excited to have Blackhole out, it’s one of my favourite songs from the album. The video is equally as intense as the song. We filmed the video at such a wild location and we really are at the top of those buildings that you see. This is Architects at our most ferocious."
The follow-up to 2022's 'The Classic Symptoms Of A Broken Spirit' is due for release on February 28 through Epitaph.
Architects have a headline spring European tour in the diary, prior to supporting Linkin Park in Hannover, Berlin, Düsseldorf and Frankfurt in the summer.
