Sugababes are the second headliner to be announced for Brighton Pride's Pride On The Park event this summer.
The London trio — Siobhan Donaghy, Mutya Buena and Keisha Buchanan — will top the bill in the city's Preston Park on August 3.
It was recently revealed that five-time Grammy-winning singer Mariah Carey will headline on August 2, five years after the Covid-19 pandemic cancelled her intended 2020 performance at the event. Tickets for both dates go on general sale at 10am on Friday (February 21).
Previous acts that have performed at Pride On The Park include Girls Aloud, Black Eyed Peas, Christina Aguilera, Steps, Britney Spears, Kylie Minogue, Grace Jones, Nile Rodgers and Chic, Dua Lipa, Jessie J, Clean Bandit, Jess Glynne, Emeli Sandé, and many more.
Sugababes will tour the UK and Europe this spring, ahead of summer outdoor shows across the UK, including the Margate Summer Series, Live At Lincoln Castle, Newmarket Racecourse for the Jockey Club Live series, and Camp Bestival Dorset.
Their debut album, 'One Touch', was released in 2000. Their most recent LP is 2022's 'The Lost Tapes', which they put out when the original trio of Donaghy, Buena and Buchanan reunited, as the record features material that dates back to 2011. Various iterations of the group dropped six records during the noughties.
