Morgan Wallen has revealed the cover art and release date for his fourth studio album.
The Tennessee country star will put out 'I'm The Problem', the follow-up to 2023s 'One Thing At A Time', through Big Loud/Mercury Records/Republic on May 16. He said:
"I have been a problem, for sure, and I’ve got no problem admitting that. But there are other sides to me as well. I’ve spent the last 11 months really trying to figure out, ‘Do I still want to be the problem? Is it time to move past that phase in my life?’ I think it probably is, and this might be the last time I get a chance to honestly say it."
The two-time Grammy nominee spent almost a year penning the record with a team of collaborators, including producers Joey Moi and Charlie Handsome, on his farm just outside of Nashville. Its release will coincide with the launch of Wallen's Sand In My Boots Festival in Gulf Shores, Alabama, which takes place between May 16 and 18.
Wallen will share new tracks Just In Case and I'm A Little Crazy from 'I'm The Problem' at midnight tonight (March 20). He previously previewed the LP with the title track, Smile, Love Somebody and Lies Lies Lies, though a tracklist for the record is still to be revealed.
He'll kick off his I'm The Problem Tour with a show in Houston, Texas on June 20. Direct support on the 20-show run will come from Brooks & Dunn, Miranda Lambert, Thomas Rhett and Koe Wetzel on select dates, with Gavin Adcock, Corey Kent, Ella Langley and Anne Wilson opening select dates. Tickets are on sale now, with a portion of sales going to the Morgan Wallen Foundation.
