If Eminem was flung through a worm-hole back in time to the eighties, landed on the Beastie Boys, killing them instantly and, out of guilt, formed a band with a nasal eighties fan who didn’t always let Eminem get his way, they might, just might, sound a little like Iglu & Hartly. Who are on tour. Click Here for tickets
Iglu & Hartly are Los Angeles pop-rockers blended with a generous squeeze of sunny Californian funky juice. The band is composed of Jarvis Anderson and Sam Martin on vocals and keys plus Simon Katz on guitar, drummer Luis Rosiles and Michael Bucher on Bass.
They’ve been called one of the hottest new bands on the planet. The mighty NME went a bit funny over them, saying they were one of the bands that were making America cool again or something. Some people disagreed with added venom. Some people always will. If you like your 80s up to date and your synth funky, check out Iglu & Hartly.
