Snow Patrol would be a great title for an action/adventure show starring David Hasslehoff or Chuck Norris or, dare I say it, both. Until the media powers that be make it though, it'll be best known as a top Indie Rock band's second choice of title. Their first was 'Polar Bear'. See? They didn't even want it! Snow Patrol, the award-guzzling band, who are just finishing their UK and Ireland tour supporting their album 'A Hundred Million Suns' are very happy to announce that they'll be returning to Northern Ireland in June 2010 to play a second show at Ward Park.
Taking place at the same location with an even larger capacity and the kind of line up that will put it on the map of Summer festivals, the Ward Park show is, so far, the only confirmed date that Snow Patrol will be playing next year. The band recently released a 2 CD compilation album called 'Up To Now' and have said they are working on their sixth studio album which will take the band in a new musical direction.
