Have you got what it takes to make it in the music industry? Are you a solo singer or a band in desperate need of a break?
Leading hospitality company Inc Group have announced the launch of Battle of the Bands, an exciting new platform for artists to showcase their talent.
Battle of the Bands will take place this summer at Union Square, Inc Group's flagship restaurant and bar at the O2 Arena in London.
The competition is open to all types of music, from soul to indie and punk to pop. During early August, Union Square will host music genre specific nights where the audience will judge the contestants. The best will go through to the second round where they will be whittled down to just two bands or acts judged by a panel comprising influential movers and shakers from AEG, local celebrities and the media. The last men - or women - standing will then battle it out for supremacy.
The winner will receive an amazing £1,000 to be spent on a professional recording session.
Solo artists and groups are invited to submit their entries by 30 June. All performers must be over the age of 18.
If you or your band is interested in entering the Battle of the Bands competition please email kristen@greenwich-inc.com, telephone 020 8858 2437 or visit Union Square Bar & Restaurant at the O2 Arena.
