Faith No More are an American funk-metal and alternative outfit hailing from San Francisco, California. Formed in 1981, the band consists of three founding members — keyboard-player Roddy Bottum, bassist Billy Gould, and drummer Mike Bordin — alongside longtime frontman Mike Patton and guitarist Jon Hudson.
The band’s first run saw them releasing five studio albums, earning them fans and chart positions across the globe. Before their split in 1998, Faith No More picked up multi-platinum discs and three Grammy Award nominations. Returning in 2009, the band scheduled a massive tour, dubbed The Second Coming.
