Kneecap are an Irish language hip hop group from Belfast, Northern Ireland.
The trio have gained a cult following since their formation in 2017, well-known for their often controversial performances, and politically-charged, bilingual lyrics. They put out their debut album, '3CAG' in 2018, followed by 'Fine Art', in 2024 – the latter also coincided with the release of their BAFTA-nominated, semi-biographical film, which came out that same year. Kneecap will headline 2000trees Festival, The Eden Project's Eden Sessions, Wide Awake Festival and Dublin's Fairview Park in summer 2025. Following that, they'll play their biggest North American headline shows to date during a fall tour, before wrapping up the year with three nights at Dublin's 3Arena in December.
