The Wombats are a indie-rock band from Liverpool.
Formed in 2003, the band released their debut album, ‘A Guide to Love, Loss & Desperation’, in 2007, which included their breakthrough hits Kill The Director, Moving To New York, Backfire At The Disco and Let's Dance To The Joy Division. They went on to record a further five studio albums including, most recently, 'Fix Yourself, Not The World', in 2022, which they'll follow up with 'Oh! The Ocean' in February 2025. The Wombats are set to headline Liverpool's On The Waterfront concert series in June 2025, following a tour of the UK and Europe in March 2025.
