Stereoboard.com does not sell any event tickets. We work with official agents and exchange marketplaces to compare ticket prices and availability. If you have an enquiry regarding your recent ticket order please directly contact the company you placed your order with, such as Ticketmaster, See Tickets, Stubhub etc. You'll be able to determine the ticket company you purchased from on your email confirmation or bank statements.

Please do not contact us regarding an update, or amendment to your order, as we do not hold, and cannot access, any of your order details.

Stereoboard does not sell posters or merchandise, neither do we purchase from wholesalers - we work with selected partners to drive merchandise sales directly to their websites. If you have placed a merchandise order and are requiring a status update please contact the company you placed your order with (check your email confirmations). Please do not contact us directly for order updates as it is unlikely we will be able to help other than point you in the right direction.
