Mercury Prize Nominates Ed Harcourt Announces December Live Dates

Mercury Prize nominated Ed Harcourt is to play two UK shows in December.
The British singer-songwriter from Lewes, East Sussex, was nominated for the 2001 Mercury Prize for his debut album 'Here Be Monsters'. He cites the likes of Tom Waits, Nick Cave, and Jeff Buckley among others, as influences.
Harcourt has released a handful of albums including 'From Every Sphere' in 2003, 'Strangers' in 2004, 'The Beautiful Lie' in 2006 and most recently 'Lustre' in 2010. His first instrument is the piano, but he also uses several less common keyboard instruments as well as the guitar. Live, he is accompanied by a band.
