According to reports on MetalTalk.net, glam-rock legends KISS could be heading to the UK this summer, despite the recent cancellation of Sonisphere Knebworth which they were due to headline.
With a reputation for being perhaps the most flamboyant and entertaining band on the planet, KISS could be bringing their stage extravaganza to the UK after-all. KISS were announced as the headline act on the Apollo stage at this year's Sonisphere Knebworth, prior to the festival's cancellation last month.
Reports on www.deucenews.com are claiming that website MetalTalk.net believe that KISS "are in negotiations to play at the London HMV Forum on July 4th." Such news fuels speculation following Gene Simmons' recent revelation that: "KISS and Motley Crue tour starts in July. And before then KISS will be in Europe for a festival or two."
