Justin Bieber Fans Attack British Schoolgirl's Twitter Over February Re-Tweet

Fans of megastars such as Lady Gaga, One Direction, and of course, Justin Bieber are known to get rather wild when someone bad mouths (bad tweets?) their hero on Twitter, but this latest story may top the lot.
That’s because fans of Canadian singer Bieber have been bombarding a 15 year-old girl from Hampshire’s Twitter account with insults, rude comments, and even death threats - for saying she was ‘not really a fan of Justin Bieber’, and receiving a re-tweet from the 19 year-old.
Just over a month ago, Courtney Barrasford innocently tweeted about Justin Bieber’s new acoustic album, after being recommended it by friends following a drama class. After listening through it, she wrote:
Not a really a fan of Justin Bieber but his acoustic album is actually good!
After receiving a re-tweet from the superstar - something which his army of ‘Beliebers’ see as some kind of holy Bieber grail - she became the subject of huge amounts of angry, jealous tweets, from psycho fans who are stunned and upset that someone who isn’t a major fan got a second’s attention from Bieber.
Cue a crapload of hate:
@courtney_cb I AM A A BELIEBER OF HIM SINCE 2009 AND HE DIDNT NOTICE ME, AND UR NOT A FUCKING EVEN A FAN YOU GET NOTICED OMG FAIR ENOUGH.
The messages continued to flow in - and still are, over a month after the initial tweet. Messages include:
”U notice her n she’s not even a fan. I am but you won’t notice me Can anyone hear me crying?”
“You’re so annoying. You’re not even a fan!”
“Just tell her to die and leave Justin alone.”
“Justin shouldnt RT people like @Courtney_CB she doesnt even care.......”
“You ain't even a f***ing belieber and you got RT'd by Justin and you aren't even showing a little excitement? Wow..”
Weirdly, some Bieber fans even created rumours that she and the pop star were dating - and that she was pregnant with his child. She’s spent a fair amount of time responding to the claims on Twitter, and is growing sick and tired of the fans not leaving her alone.
Although some Bieber fans have apologised for their fellow Belieber’s behaviour, the ordeal has been rather saddening for Barrasford, and she’s even considered deleting her Twitter account because of it. Bieber himself has yet to comment on the affair.
If you’re a fan of Bieber, you can catch him on his current UK tour - he’s got three gigs in London left to complete! Check the dates and links below to find tickets.
