Justin Bieber Taken To Hospital After Collapsing At O2 Arena Gig Last Night

Canadian superstar Justin Bieber collapsed backstage at the O2 Arena last night, and was taken to hospital after the gig.

The 19 year-old star was performing his third gig in the capital when he left the stage after feeling short of breath. After entering the backstage area, Bieber collapsed, and was seen to by doctors and EMTs - and was even given oxygen to help him recover.

While receiving treatment, his manager Scooter Braun took to the stage to make sure his fans knew what was going on - and told them: “Justin's got very light breath. The whole show he’s been complaining. He’s backstage with the EMTs and the doctor.”

20 minutes later, he returned to the stage to finish the show - against his doctor’s advice. He’s since tweeted that he was feeling ‘better’ about the ordeal, and was trying to figure out exactly what made him faint.

He tweeted:

As usual, his caring (and sometimes, slightly creepy) fanbase took to Twitter to tell the star to take a rest - with the hashtag ‘#JustinTakeABreak’ appearing online last night.

His London fans will be hoping he lasts at least one more gig - as he’s set to perform his final O2 Arena gig tonight. If you’re a Belieber, check the dates and links below to find a ticket through Stereoboard.
