One Direction's Best Song Ever Video Beats VEVO Record

The final count of viewing figures for One Direction’s latest hit, Best Song Ever, has revealed that they have smashed the record for the most-viewed video on VEVO in 24 hours, with an astonishing 12.3 million views. The new record beats Miley Cyrus’ We Can’t Stop, which hit 10.7 million views.
The music video was directed by Ben Winston and shot in Miami. It premiered on Monday.
One Direction are currently on a worldwide tour in support of their second album 'Take Me Home'. Their upcoming movie 'This Is Us' will be released nationwide in the UK on August 29 and in the US on August 30, 2013.
One Direction have announced the first two legs of a worldwide stadium tour for 2014 – including eight sold out dates in the UK and Ireland.
