Pixies, Pretenders and Super Furry Animals are among the acts announced for 6 Music Live.
Also on the line up for October 3 at Maida Vale in London are Wild Beasts and Michael Kiwanuka. You can register for tickets for the shows on September 9. Head here for more information.
There will also be a 'bonus day' on October 10, which will include live performances from Slow Club, Kate Tempest, John Cooper Clarke and Hugh Cornwell supergroup, Jamie T and Parquet Courts. The public will not be able to attend these sessions, but you will be able to watch tracks from them on the 6 Music website.
