With Bloodstock Festival just around the corner, the last batch of Metal 2 The Masses finalists has been revealed.
The new additions heading to the Stowford Press New Blood Stage on Friday are Merseyside's Archaea, Oxford's Redeemon, Devon and Cornwall's Carrier, Bristol's Martyrs Saint and Nuneaton's Thrash Mob, while Sunday's line-up will feature London's Solatia, Brighton's Moth and Stoke-on-Trent's Return To Solace.
The Metal 2 The Masses line-up is now complete, and applications for venues and regions to take part in 2027 battle will open immediately after this year's festival.
Bloodstock Festival will return to Catton Park, Derbyshire next month to celebrate its 25th anniversary, and, for the first time, the Ronnie James Dio main stage will be open for live performances on Thursday, with Yorkshire heavy metal legends Saxon set to headline the opening night. Thursday’s main stage will also see Evil Scarecrow and dino-metalheads Heavysaurus perform.
The massive line-up is led by Lamb Of God, Slaughter To Prevail and Judas Priest, who top the bill on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, respectively. Other acts confirmed for the bill include Sepultura, Body Count, Bleed From Within, Testament, Black Label Society, Fit For An Autopsy, Orbit Culture, Biohazard, Municipal Waste, Northlane, Vended, Life Of Agony, Skynd, Party Cannon, Battlesnake, Inhuman Nature and more you can check out below.

When? August 6 - 9, 2026.
