If you register for any prize competitions, promotions or other giveaways on the Website separate competition rules, accessed via www.stereoboard.com, may also apply in addition to the remainder of these terms.
All competitions, promotions, prizes or other giveaways offered by Stereoboard.com from www.stereoboard.com or any related site operated by Stereoboard.com are only open to individuals who are aged 18 or over. Entrants under the age of 18 must obtain parental permission to enter any competitions on Stereoboard.com. Stereoboard.com reserves the right to refuse to provide any prize to a winner who is under the age of 18 where Stereoboard.com cannot legally provide such prizes to such winners under the age of 18.
Entrants must register for the relevant competitions by giving their correct name and address together with their e-mail address and any other information requested on a per promotion basis. By registering for the relevant competitions, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the provisions contained in the specific competition rules.

All entries become the absolute property of Stereoboard.com and will not be returned to Entrants unless otherwise stated by Stereoboard.com on the Web Site. Any time of delivery on prizes is an estimate only in respect of the delivery to an Entrant of any prize in any competitions and Stereoboard.com shall not be liable for any late delivery of the prizes or any loss or damage caused as a result.
No responsibility can be accepted by Stereoboard.com for the quality and/or suitability of any prizes provided by third parties.
All prizes are non transferable. In the event that prizes are sold or transferred to another party, they will be void.
Prizes and competitions can be withdrawn without notice, all entries will become void. No cash or alternative prize is available. No purchase is necessary to enter competitions or promotions on Stereoboard.com.
The winner(s) will be the first entries picked from a random draw after the closing date stated on the competition, unless otherwise stated on the web site competition page.
Only one entry is permitted per person, unless otherwise stated. Multiple or fraudulent entries will be immediately withdrawn.
The editor's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Acceptance of these rules is a condition of entry. Winners will be notified by email or post or telephone no later than 14 days after the closing date or as deemed appropriate in the competition page.
The winner agrees to participate in any publicity that Stereoboard.com organises in respect of the competitions, including having their name and photograph published on Stereoboard.com and related sites and social networks.
