Formed in 1992, the original line-up consisted of sisters Easther and Vernie Bennett, along with Kéllé Bryan and Louise Nurding, though today only the sisters continue to perform as Eternal. They became an international success, receiving six BRIT Award nominations and selling millions of records across the world. The band released four albums together before initially disbanding in 2000, reuniting for one-off performances several times over the years, including a stint on the popular TV show The Big Reunion.
