Christopher Owens is an American singer-songwriter and musician who’s probably most famous for his time as frontman of San Francisco indie-rockers Girls, who have since split up. Now, Owens has kicked off a solo career - as well as venturing into fashion.
It was in July 2012 that Owens revealed that he’d be leaving Girls behind to release under his own name, and just a couple of months later he’d announced that his debut solo album ‘Lysandre’ would hit shelves in January 2013. Having toured across the world in support of it, he would return to the studio to put together LP #2. Tentatively set for some point in 2014, he'll be performing new tracks at a gig in London's Islington Assembly Hall in November. Check below to find tickets!
