Efterklang are a Danish indie folk and rock band from Copenhagen, consisting of Casper Clausen, Mads Christian Brauer and Rasmus Stolberg.
Formed in 2000, the band released their debut album, ‘Tripper’ in 2004, followed by ‘Parades’ in 2007 and ‘Magic Chairs’, in 2010. The band’s last album was 2012’s, ‘Piramida’. The band’s latest album is entitled ‘Leaves’, and is an opera, set to be released on November 4, 2016 via Tambourhinoceros Records, performed with The Happy Hopeless Orchestra and written with Karsten Fundal and Ursula Andkjær Olsen.
