Delays To Headline Institute Graduation 2010 At O2 Shepherds Bush Empire & Tickets

The Institute of Contemporary Music Performance is excited to announce indie band Delays will be headlining Graduation 2010 at London O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire on Sunday, 17th October.

Following the afternoon’s graduation ceremony, the O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire will open its doors for this special event to students, friends and partners of the Institute for an evening of music and celebration.  Graduating Institute student bands will be taking the stage before headline act, Delays.

Delays have released four critically acclaimed albums since 2004, with three making the UK Top 30 chart.  With a sound that ranges from the indie romanticism of ‘Nearer Than Heaven’, through the psychedelic disco rush of ‘Valentine’, to the all-out pop anthemics of ‘Hooray’, Delays recently released their album 'Star Tiger Star Ariel' on Lookout Mountain Records and are currently touring the UK and US.

Delays tour dates are as follows:

Sat Oct 17 - Southampton The Joiners
Mon Oct 19 - Glasgow King Tuts
Tue Oct 20 - Birmingham Academy 3
