The Walkmen Announce UK Headline Shows For January 2011 & Tickets

The Walkmen have revealed details of a UK tour for next year. Confirming six dates in January 2011, The band will be playing the shows to support their sixth studio album 'Lisbon'.
Following the release of the new album last week, The Walkmen received some of the best reviews of their career. The new album also propelled the group into the Top Twenty of the States Billboard Top 100. The Walkmen will return to the UK next week to support The Black Keys on their sold-out UK tour.
In addition to the support tour, The Walkmen have confirmed details of their own headline shows in January 2011. The band will play six dates, starting in Glasgow on January 19th and concluding in Brighton on January 26th. The tour also ncludes a show at London's Shepherds Bush Empire on January 25th.
The Walkmen will play the following headline shows in January 2011:
19th Oran Mor, Glasgow
21st Trinity, Bristol
22nd Academy, Oxford
23rd Glee Club, Birmingham
25th Shepherds Bush Empire, London
26th Concorde2, Brighton
