American singer-songwriter Ray LaMontagne will return to UK shores early next year, as part of his tour following the release of his new album 'God Willin' and the Creek Don’t Rise'.
Ray LaMontagne, joined by his band the Pariah Dogs, has confirmed seven shows for February and March 2011 and having already been compared to the likes of Bob Dylan, Neil Young, Otis Redding and Ray Charles, tickets are not likely to be around for long.
If you're not familiar with Ray's work you can have a listen to the first single 'Beg, Steal Or Borrow', taken from his fourth studio album 'God Willin' and the Creek Don’t Rise', below.
Self-produced, 'God Willin' and the Creek Dont Rise' was recorded in just two weeks at LaMontagne's Western Massachusetts home with the woodland historic house serving as a recording studio for Ray and his band. Critics have given the new album rave reviews.
