Paul Heaton, English Teacher And Katy J Pearson Among New Acts Confirmed For Bearded Theory 2025

More acts have been announced for this year's Bearded Theory festival.
Among the new additions are Paul Heaton and singing partner Rianne Downey, Thursday headliners English Teacher, Katy J Pearson, Nadine Shah, Ezra Furman, Terrorvision, Mannequin Pussy, The Lottery Winners, The Alarm, Antony Szmierek, The Vaselines, Gurriers, The Meffs, and Du Blonde.
Phil Hartnoll of Orbital will return following his headline appearance at 2024's event to perform and curate Saturday night's line-up at the dance arena, CODA. BBC 6Music's Chris Hawkins will also perform a DJ set.
The new acts join an already stacked bill that features punk-rock pioneer Iggy Pop, legendary Welsh rockers Manic Street Preachers, The Sisters of Mercy, Leftfield, Yard Act, The Mary Wallopers, Ash, CMAT, Nova Twins and Fat Dog, among many others.

New names for the Convoy Cabaret stage include Culture Shock, P.A.I.N., The Sporadics, Split Dogs, Dissident Noize Factory, Carsick, Gallus, Rupcha Farms, Anthrax UK, Last Tree Squad, Pete Bentham and the Dinner Ladies, Papa Gumbo, The Vegetable Collective, Lacertilia, and Twat Union.
The Maui Waui stage line-up will feature sets from Nogood Boyo, The Mighty Flux, Mr Tea and the Minions, Turner Brothers, Junkoactive Wasteman and the Tin Can Twins, Dumbfoundus, Chrome & Illinspired, The Scribes, Krin, Monkeyfist, Dynamite & The Dinosaurs, and Eat Your Own Head.
They join the previously confirmed Iggy Pop, Manic Street Preachers, The Sisters Of Mercy, Leftfield, Yard Act, The Mary Wallopers, Ash, CMAT, Nova Twins, Fat Dog, Divorce, Lime Garden, The Lovely Eggs, Bess Atwell, Dream State, Asian Dub Foundation, Throwing Muses, The Selecter, Ned's Atomic Dustbin, Shonen Knife, Beans On Toast, Stewart Lee, Girlband!, Zion Train, Molotov Jukebox, Slaney Bay, CLT DRP, Castle Rat, Jess Siilk Trio, Midnight Rodeo and The Brandy Thieves.
The Funhouse Comedy bill features Scott Bennett, Sean Heydon, Tony Law, Andrew Bird, Kate Smurthwaite and Andrew O'Neill.
