Young American singer/songwriter Robert Francis is set to release his new album 'Before Nightfall' on the 29th November.
Growing up in a musical family, Robert left school as a young teenager to dedicate his life to writing and performing music. He released his 2007 debut album, 'One By One', at the tender age of 20 years old. Critics have compared him to legends like Bruce Springsteen and Townes Van Zandt and the next generation of alt-country acts like Wilco and Ryan Adams.
Destined for a career in music, a young Robert received a guitar from Ry Cooder. He was asked to play lead guitar and most stringed instrument parts for Pete Yorn and Scarlett Johanssen on their album 'Break Up', as well as enlisting the help of Grammy Award-winning producer, Dave Sardy (Johnny Cash, Band of Horses) to produce his forthcoming album, 'Before Nightfall'.
Taken from 'Before Nightfall' is stand-out track 'Junebug', which has already seen over one million YouTube plays. Watch it here now.
