Funeral For A Friend Announce UK Tour Of Intimate Venues & Tickets

Funeral For A Friend have revealed dates for a tour that will see the band play a run of shows at intimate venues across the UK next year.
Hitting the road in Spring 2011, Funeral For A Friend will play some towns they've never played before. Annoucning a total of 17 shows, the low-key tour will see the band include shows in Wrexham, Aberystwyth, Penrith, Wakefield and Poole.
Speaking about the announcment of the new tour, vocalist Matt Davies-Kreye says: “'Spring time is gonna be the time to lay waste to the UK good and proper! It's been too long since we've sauntered our way across the British Isles and with a bag full of ass kicking songs in tow this tour is going to blow people away!”
The tour has been arranged with the aim to give fans a personal connection to the band and their music, an opportunity that many FFAF gig-goers would not have experienced during years of gigs at larger venues.
Funeral For A Friend are set to showcase some fresh material from their upcoming new album, expected to be released in March next year. Support on the tour comes from British band Rise To Remain who won Best British Newcomer at the Metal Hammer and Kerrang! Awards earlier this year.
