Teddy Thompson to Release New Album ‘Bella’ in February

London-based alt-folk artist Teddy Thompson is set to release his fifth album ‘Bella’ on 7th February. The album’s release will coincide with an extensive tour of the UK throughout January and February. ‘Bella’ will be preceded by the release of a single ‘Looking for a Girl’ on 24th January.
Teddy Thompson, the son of British folk-rock singers Richard Thompson and Linda Thompson, released his self-titled debut album in 2000 and has since recorded vocal contributions on albums by his father and his friend Rufus Wainwright. Rufus and Martha Wainwright have both contributed vocals to previous albums by Thompson as well and Rufus Wainwright made an appearance in the video to Thompson’s single ‘In My Arms’.
‘Bella’ follows Thompson’s Top 10 album ‘A Piece of What You Need’, which was released in 2008.
